(not) Wasted Project is an educational initiative about wasted food, and how the cultural misconception of it is one of the causes why America wastes 40% of all their food produced.
A series of three short documentaries about Food Waste in NY. In them we explored how much food in being thrown away and how we should rethink the way we buy and consume food.
For the ITP Spring Show 2016, we created a physical installation using iPad screens to display the videos and invite people to experience them.
