CREAtivity LAB: QUIPU MAKING
Inspired by Cecilia Vicuña's exhibition at the Brooklyn Museum ‘Disappeared Quipu’, I collaborated with the Creativity Lab to design a pop up experience for participants to learn about the quipu, a way of recording information used by different Andean cultures in the shape of physical knots, and create collaborative hand weavings to preserve our own stories in physical form.
